===Graves===
Hopefully as this web site & database grows people will send in pictures of their ancestors graves & memorial plaques etc... and I will eventually be able to dedicate a section of this site to those pictures. If you have any photographs, you can either send me a hard copy through the post (please don’t post original’s in case they get lost)... or you can scan the photo & send me a copy by email; preferably with an accompanying transcription of the headstone.
If you intend to take some photographs (to share with everyone) I suggest you take a piece of chalk & a wet cloth with you to the churchyard.... if the grave inscription is hard to read a little chalk dust rubbed into the inscription can sometimes help so that the text shows up on the photo you take... the wet cloth will allow you to remove the chalk once you’ve finished.
