If you have records that you would like to contribute, you can make photocopies & post them to:
Stendall One Name Study, c/o Genealogy-Links, PO Box 6417, Sutton-in-Ashfield, NOTTS. NG17 2PE.
However if you intend to post quite a few of documents, please email me first to get a different postal address. As the PO Box is only really for letters and small parcel packets.
Alternatively you can scan in photos & images or you can transcribe written documents & E-mail them to me ... or you can email me to state that you want to fax documents to me... I will then reply with my fax number.
We urge you NOT to send original photographs through the post ... as we would not want to be held responsible if they were lost or damaged. Most High Street branches of well known photographic shops (photo developers) now offer an instant duplication service... on a special photo copying machine. However this can be quite costly. By far the cheapest way.. is to contribute records by transcription or by scanning in photos & emailing them ... or posting them to me on a floppy or CD.
I would strongly advise you to email me first before you do anything ... as I may already have the records or document you want to contribute.
